  • 4. How many cameras can I have at my location?

Remember each connection must have a minimum of 400 Kbps (kilobytes per second) of upload speed to run. If you have lets say 5 MB of upload we can look at either increasing the quality of one camera up to 1.5 MB of upload speed or by placing other cameras. Also take note that your office and guests still need some upload speeds as well so we recommend up to two unless your property is large and can handle the bandwidth.

  • 5. How long does installation take?

Installation dependent on the person who is installing it. If using a person who is inexperienced it could take 4 to 5 hours or longer. If the person can drill 2 holes, connect the arm to the camera, install the camera even with the horizon. It may only take 2 to 3 hours or less. They will be communicating with our team via Skype on what to do. They will also get a test site with a login and password so they can see what the camera will view before it goes live and can adjust as we see fit for the best view.

  • 6. How far can the camera be from the modem?

We suggest the closer the better. The camera comes equipped now with 25 feet of ethernet cable. If you need more than 25 feet from modem we include a connector piece that must be covered by duc tape and kept waterproofed as much as possible. Another ethernet cord can be added but our recommendation is not over 150 feet. The longer the connection the less direct speeds we can achieve.

We suggest to install a switching station near the camera for the best possible connection. We also include a small white box where the cord from the modem to the ethernet cord is connected to a port on the modem with another space for the power cord.

  • 7. As owner do I need to do the installation?

Yes. In many cases you already have someone on staff that can easily install the cameras. If not you would need to hire someone that can do this for you. We provide all instructions and it is mostly plug and play with some testing of the image. No need to know anything about internal networks but it does help if they know what an ethernet cord is as well as a modem and how to plug the cords i to the correct outlet.

In certain locations we do have 3rd party installers but this is not guaranteed.

There is no territory, but it is best for you to be near the location in case we need your help in communicating with the owner of the person who is in charge of this decision. Sometimes, we may need you help in translating a document or email we send, if they do not speak English, but it is highly recommended that they do.

No. The guarantee is this if the location does get approved, we guarantee we will get in contact with that potential client. It is ultimately up to them if they want to take advantage of our generous offer. If not, we can not control what they do. However, we do know many of them will take advantage of this and thus you will get paid for your efforts.

  • 13. How long will I get paid my residual?

Your residual is going to be paid monthly for life as soon as we get a report from Google the % which is outlined in the Email documents we provide to you when you signed up will be sent directly to your PayPal account.

If client elects to pay for the services and not go with our special offer, you can expect a payment of the agreed % again outlined in the Email intro when signed up. Be deposited into your PayPal account within 60 days of payment from the client.

The only exception to this is if Google goes out of business, which I believe is unlikely.

  • 16. How fast do these get set up?

Typically when the client orders the camera, it will take between 5 to 7 business days for delivery. We mention to them they should install by a certain date, usually about 10 to 15 business days.

However, this is entirely up to their scheduling with their staff member or a 3rd party. However we do have in our agreement that if it does not get set up in 30 days after receipt they need to send everything back to us.

We also have run into custom delays in certain countries. Even though we get it there within our time frame, customs can hold it for a lot longer. This is beyond our control and all we can do if that happens is be patient.

No one can use our equipment on any other network so custom sees our cameras as samples which also costs the client less in fees.

  • 17. How fast can a location be approved?

Once submitted properly, it can take up to 7 days. However we are streamlining this process and sometimes we have seen approval within 2 to 4 hours after submission. It depends when it is sent in. Remember the company is from Italy, so the time zones are different. When they are sleeping we are still awake and vice versa.

Unfortunately no. Not all of them will get the special offer for a camera, however with a good Contact information, they still may want to purchase our camera which you will also get paid for if they do. The only difference is it is paid only one time for that sale and not on a monthly residual.

  • 20. What is a Senior Scout?

It is a scout that really wants to bring more destinations Into our network. Not only do they want to scout locations but they want to go a step beyond by actually writing a 150 to 200 word blog about their experience when they were there or they can do a Vlog (5 Minute Max) they would also get attribution on our site for doing so. They can write about many different subjects that would appeal to the traveler from facilities, to activities , from food to service, from wi-fI access to outward appeal.

  • 2. What do visits mean?

Visits are the actual people (real eyeballs) of qualified guests that have spent time to visit the view for an average of 5 minutes. The number that is shown is the actual amount of visits since it went live.

We have found on average that within the day of the camera going live, there are between 1,000 to 3,000 visits from around the globe daily. Some of them have actually had over 8,000 views within the first hour. It will be great to see what your view will achieve.

  • 3. Will it take bandwidth away from my office or guests?

This is a good question but will not affect the download speed of your location. It can affect the upload speeds when guests are uploading pictures by Facebook or other social media, but it is for such a short time, it does not affect it very long. If the camera does not have enough speed to run, it will shut off.

It can be easily restarted if this happens by unplugging the connection for a few seconds and plugging back in. If it does not come on, then a call ,email, or Skype to one of the technicians will be able to solve it.
